Agri Invest – Expected Result for 2025
Date: 24/11-2025
Expectations for 2025
Agri Invest expects a result in the range of DKK 18–22 million for the financial year 2025 (before tax, exchange rate adjustments, and land valuation adjustments).
There are still a few national subsidy schemes that have not yet been finalized, which therefore influence the range of the forecast. The budget presented at the general meeting amounted to just under DKK 19 million.
Operational Conditions and Strategic Initiatives
Operational Status
Operations are stable, and costs are within budget. Good liquidity enables the initiation of new development activities, including irrigation projects.
Winter Crops
Yields were significantly above budget, supported by favourable rainfall early in the season.
Spring Crops
Yields were below budget due to dry weather during a critical growth period.
Autumn Conditions
After a dry summer, rainfall in late summer and autumn has ensured that all new crops are now in good conditions. This provides a solid starting point for a strong harvest in 2026, when we expect to have a 3,900 m² grain storage hall ready in Videle.
Strategic Initiatives
Land Value
The upcoming land evaluation at the end of the year is expected to show another increase in the value of Agri Invest’s land portfolio.
Renewable Energy
We currently have a total of 1,000 ha under preliminary assessment for solar and wind energy. We expect to realise part of this area for solar projects as well as establishing 31 wind turbines, for which the first reservation payments have already been received.
Irrigation Opportunities
We are actively investigating the possibility of integrating irrigation into the operational strategy to reduce the risk associated with future drought periods.
Storage and Future Harvest
Grain Storage
There are currently 40,000 tonnes of wheat, soy, and maize in our storage. Sales efforts will continue throughout the winter with a focus on achieving favourable market prices.
Fertiliser
Almost all fertiliser for the 2026 harvest has already been purchased and paid for, creating security regarding next year’s production costs.
Harvest Outlook 2026
Production for 2026 harvest has started positively, including the largest rapeseed area to date. Overall, a satisfactory financial result is expected for 2026.
Market Situation
The drought has caused financial pressure across large parts of the agricultural sector. At the same time, this provides Agri Invest with attractive opportunities to develop and expand the company’s activities in the market.
Conclusion and Future Perspectives
Agri Invest enters the coming years with continued optimism. Good liquidity, strategic energy projects, and the prospect for a normal harvest in 2026 support our expectations of another satisfactory result in the coming year.
