Dear shareholders
The time is approaching for this year’s shareholders’ meeting, which is scheduled for:
Friday, 12 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting will again be held 100% online. This has worked well in recent years—many more people are able to participate, and we also significantly reduce meeting costs.
The agenda for the meeting will be similar to previous years:
- Welcome by/CEO Preben Hansen.
- Daily operations by/Steen Pedersen and Bo Andersen.
- Estimate – results 2025 by/Preben Hansen and Christian Brasholt.
- Budget 2026 by/Preben Hansen and Christian Brasholt
- Any other business
Time will be allocated for questions, which we will answer to the best of our ability.
