Agri Invest held its general meeting on May 26, 2026, with very strong participation – both in person and online.
At the general meeting, we were able to present a result for 2025 of DKK 19.6 million after tax.
Our goal is to distribute approximately half of the annual profit to shareholders, and we are doing so again this year. Therefore, DKK 9.5 million is currently being paid out as dividends.
Over the past five years, Agri Invest has distributed a total of DKK 53 million in dividends to shareholders. At the same time, equity has grown from DKK 488 million to DKK 650 million, reflecting solid and long-term development. We expect to maintain a similar earnings level in 2026.
To support continued growth, we have recently acquired a neighboring property with irrigation capabilities and potential for expansion on our own land.
From the outset, our strategy has been to acquire properties, develop and optimize operations, and subsequently sell them. Therefore, we have now put one of our properties up for sale after preparing it for its next owner.
