16. June 2024Finally we got rain that can be used for something. The rare and small showers of a few mm evaporate again lightning fast and are of no use.
A lot of water is needed to fill the 10 cm wide and 0,5 – 0,75 m. deep cracks in the ground!
This year, the soya is sown with both StripTill and completely as we usually do. There is no doubt that those that were sown normally got the best from the start due
to the seedbed preparation. But the StripTill sows seem to quickly catch up with the others again.
