Agri Invest Offers a 3,600-Hectare Agricultural Estate for Sale in Romania
Danish-owned agricultural company Agri Invest has initiated the process of testing the market for the sale of a well-established agricultural estate of approximately 3,600 hectares in western Romania, close to the Serbian border.
The property is part of Agri Invest’s portfolio of more than 10,600 hectares of farmland owned and is being offered for sale as part of the company’s long-term strategy to realize its values through structured partial sales or eventual sale of the company as a whole.
The farm includes its own independent operational management and farming organization.
Agri Invest is testing the market interest but are not obliged to sell. The company has a strong capital base and is well positioned to wait for the right investor and the right price.
In 2025, Agri Invest had a net profit of DKK 20 million and an equity of DKK 650 million, with a solvency ratio of 82%. Over the years, the company has built a modern and professionally managed farming operation in Romania, where farmland values continue to demonstrate attractive long-term growth potential.
The property is targeting strategic agricultural investors, institutional investors, and private equity funds seeking large-scale arable farming opportunities and long-term investments in European farmland.
